This software summarizes in just a few lines the content of a document of several dozen pages. The way the software works is simple: from the most commonly used words in the document to be summarized, the software identifies a list of key concepts. From this list of concepts, the software extracts the sentences containing these key concepts from the open document. The user can set up and adapt the extraction of key phrases. This software works for most international languages.

The software needs the user to tell it the words that are unnecessary for the summary action. To do this, the user must select the words to ignore. These ignoring words can be deleted for once or forever. These are, for example, linking words. The action of summarizing becomes more effective.
