This software is a computer-to-computer remote assistance utility. The software offers the possibility to enter text remotely (by copy/paste) and transcribes the movements and buttons of the local mouse.

| Procedure |

- 1) The remote user needs to start the client part on their computer and press the connect button. All 3 lights should turn orange. CAUTION: The program must be authorized to connect to the Internet. The port number must be changed if it is already occupied by another application.

- 2) The local user must start a remote support session. It enters the IP address of the remote computer (myIP), as well as the connection port (myPort) on its computer. He then clicks on the login button.

- 3) The 3 lights must be green locally, as well as remotely.
