Use this menu to configure email addresses for sending and receiving the report. Indeed, an e-mail address and its information from the SMTP server are required for the software to send the report. It is also necessary to specify the recipient's email address.

It is necessary to enter data for sending e-mails. This is because it is necessary to enter an email account for sending emails, as well as the receiving email.

- Add an attachment to the email: The user has the option to add a file to the sending of the computer activity report.

- Record keystrokes: Select this option if you want to capture keystrokes and receive them with the computer activity report. Keystrokes are recorded in the SPYMONITOR.LOG file. This file is deleted after each time the email is sent.

- Record Keyboard and Mouse Inactivity: Select this option if you want to account for periods of inactivity in keyboard and mouse use. The user can choose between different periods.

- E-mail report recurrence: Select this option if you only want to receive e-mail within a certain interval of days. If this option is not selected, the e-mail containing the report will be sent each time the computer is used.
