Backups are made, preferably on external supports (USB stick, SDRAM, external hard drive, etc.). The user has 3 ways to save the data: when the application starts, when the computer is turned off or whenever he wants to at any time. |

| Save (X) |
| This function allows you to make a backup of the selected data: files that have been modified are replaced, new files are added. |

| Save & Shut Down (X) |
| This feature backs up the selected data and shuts down the computer at the end of the backup. |
| |
| Replace (X) |
| This function allows you to erase and then save the selected data. It is advisable to replace all data every 7 days or so. |

| Replace & Shut Down (X) |
| This function allows you to erase the data, then back up the selected data and turn off the computer when the backup is overwritten. |

| Startup Backup |
| This function allows you to start backing up the selected data when you start the application. |

| Add a backup |
| This function allows you to set a backup. The user has several options and has the choice to save the data either in a folder, in an archive (in ZIP format), or in an encrypted and password-protected archive. The user has the option to filter the folders and extensions of the files to be backed up if desired. |

| This function allows you to view all backups, modify them, and perform a restoration. In this window, the user has the possibility to: |

- Replace **: Replace the backup of the selected item with the mouse to a specific folder (in the case of an additional exceptional backup)
