This software is used to create e-mail campaigns.
Procedure for launching an e-mailing campaign |
1) Create a new database |
To start an email campaign, you must create a database in which email address data will be stored.
2) Import email addresses into the database |
Your data must be contained in text files.
3) Optional: Eliminate duplicates from the database |
This operation eliminates email addresses imported several times and keeps only one.
4) Edit your email in text format or HTML format with or without attachment |
You can add images, links and many other features in your email.
5) Optional: Sort your data, group, ungroup. |
You have several options for grouping or ungrouping your data, depending on the quantity of data, in alphabetical order, etc.
6) Schedule or directly launch your e-mailing. |
You have two options for launching your e-mailing: immediately or delayed. Deferred processing is very useful in the case of launching a large e-mail campaign because processing can be scheduled at night. The email settings you want to use must have been entered beforehand.
The different data must be separated by semicolons or tabs and must be organized into a single record per line in the text file. Data must always belong to a group. |
Procedure for receiving returned emails |
1) Correctly configure the email reception settings. |
You must enter your email account login details.
2) Enable receiving emails. |
Just check an option in the settings.
3) Complete the keywords |
Returns can be of 4 different types: automatic unsubscribe, delivery confirmation, reading confirmation, non-reading confirmation. These messages are detected by identifying a keyword in the subject of the message. The software detects these keywords in the subject of emails and counts them. The principle is the same for accounting during a survey with the keyword of your choice.
