This software allows the prioritization of data from a heart rate monitor, a cycle counter or a scale. It is user-friendly and easy to use. It is the ideal companion for monitoring your performance for both the amateur and the experienced athlete.

Overview of the application |
|
The application is divided into 4 parts: |
|
- A calendar view containing all the month's performance or the month's measurements.
|
- A calendar navigation view.
|
- A statistics view for calculating averages and totals of performance and measurements.
|
- The 4 most useful pieces of information: the best performance, the worst, the lowest and the highest measurement.
|
By right-clicking on the calendar, it is possible to change the operating mode to \"weighing and measurements\". Once this mode is selected, the operation is identical. The user enters the weight, body fat percentage (optional) or waist circumference (optional), water mass percentage (optional), muscle mass percentage (optional). From the data entered, the software calculates the BMI when it is not entered. |

Parameter Table |

The user has the possibility to create or modify the colors of a section (by validating on \"Update\"). A color is defined by these 3 components R, G, B. The user can select a series of lines by clicking on \"SHIFT\" or \"CTRL\".

The user has the possibility to create a new sports section, to modify a sports section (by validating on \"Update\") or to delete the selected sports sections. the user can select a series of rows by clicking \"SHIFT\" or \"CTRL\".

Measurement table |

The user has the option to create a new measurement, modify a measurement (by validating on \"Update\") or delete the selected measurements. The user can select a series of rows by clicking \"SHIFT\" or \"CTRL\".

Line Chart, Averages, and Totals |
|
This menu allows you to view the raw, average, and total weekly, monthly, or yearly data, over a given period. It allows you to quickly see the progress made month after month by comparing the averages and totals to the raw data. The user has the option to memorize 10 graphs.

Right-clicking on the graph brings up a context menu where the user can: |
|
- The scales in the graph can be changed. In automatic mode, the software automatically calculates the scales of the graph.
|
- Horizontal lines can be added.
|
- Vertical lines can be added.
|
|
The selection of the data to be displayed is done in the options section. The user has the possibility to compare his own performance or measurements from one sport to another or from one user to another. |

Calculating the ideal weight |
|
Calculation of the theoretical ideal weight from the Lorentz formula. This formula takes height into account and gives a weight that should be considered the ideal weight to within 10%.\t
|
Calculation of body mass index |
|
BMI (Body Mass Index) is a good indication of the individual's body size. The value is normal between 20 and 25 for humans.

Calculation of body fat percentage |
|
This menu is for athletes only. The theoretical body fat percentage gives a good indication of the constitution of one's body. The rate is normal between 13 and 19% for men.

The raw data contains a comment field. The user can enter whatever he wants in this field, but preferably a personal reference. This menu allows you to quickly find this personal reference.
